Kind Warrior Trailhead is a half-day immersive experience designed for depth, intimacy, and real practice—for gay men seeking something deeper.
Held in a small, intentional group of 10 men, this container allows for honest connection, embodied work, and skilled facilitation throughout.
We meet in a dedicated practice space here in the desert—created for presence, connection, and the kind of work we don’t usually make time fo
Learning to Stay
In our day-to-day lives, most of what we do happens quickly and without much awareness.
We move from one thing to the next—thinking, striving, staying busy—caught in a kind of autopilot of worry, pressure, and “never enough.”
And without realizing it, we begin to leave ourselves. Not all at once—but in small, automatic ways.
We react, distract, or push past what we feel before we’ve even had a chance to understand it.
This day is about interrupting that pattern. It’s about slowing that moment down—learning to stay with sensation, with discomfort, and with what’s actually true in the moment.
As we remain present in our bodies, we begin to see more clearly, respond more intentionally, and reconnect with ourselves in a deeper, more honest way.
Throughout the day, you’ll work directly with this—bringing awareness to the moments you tend to leave yourself, staying with what arises in the body, and exploring what becomes possible when you don’t immediately react, avoid, or shut down.
