About

Glenn Motowidlak - Kind Warrior / Buddhist practitioner

The Kind Warrior Project grew out of my own decade-long journey into meditation, embodiment, and recovery. I’ve studied with Reggie Ray of Dharma Ocean in the Tibetan lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, the founder of Naropa University. learning practices that return us to the depth of the body and the truth we carry beneath the surface.

My sobriety journey has taught me refuge, honesty, and resilience—qualities that shape the way I support men who are seeking relief, strength, and a deeper sense of belonging.

As a gay man, I’m passionate about creating spaces where men in our community can come together in authenticity, connection, and compassion. We often carry unique histories of trauma, longing, and courage—and I want this project to be a place where we can breathe, heal, and rise together.

Alongside this, I bring over 25 years of real-world experience in the as a design leader. The same creative tools I’ve used to build meaningful experiences in the tech world now support this work: clear structure, intention, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide people through transformative journeys.

The Kind Warrior Project is where all of this meets—spiritual practice, embodied healing, and the power of community coming together to help men return to themselves with presence, strength, and joy.
