Sangha
My Sangha brings gay men together for a simple, grounded wellbeing practice. Sangha means “community on the path” — a circle of men committed to waking up, practicing honestly, and supporting one another with presence.
We begin by returning to the body as home, then move into honest sharing and steady, supportive connection. Through meditation, embodied awareness, and the quiet resonance that happens when men slow down together, Sangha becomes a refuge for deeper clarity, emotional steadiness, connection, and belonging.
This is not a place for fixing, performing, or giving advice. It is a space to pause, listen inward, speak honestly, and practice being with yourself and other men in a more grounded way.
