Sangha
A Sangha moves like a flock in the sky—each person sensing, adjusting, and supporting the movement of the whole. We don’t need to take this journey alone.
My bi-weekly Sangha brings men together for simple, grounded practice. Sangha means “community on the path”—a circle of men committed to waking up together. We begin by returning to the body as home, then move into honest sharing and steady, supportive connection. It’s a quiet refuge to slow down, speak clearly, and be met with presence.
