The Kind Warrior Project

A practice of embodiment, depth, and connection for gay men

The Kind Warrior Project is a wellbeing practice space for gay men — a much-needed third space beyond work, beyond home, and beyond the surface-level spaces where true connection can be hard to find.

This is a grounded refuge where men can slow down, reconnect to the body, and become more present with themselves and one another.

Through guided meditation, Dharma teachings, somatic practice, and honest group dialogue, men are invited to explore what lives beneath the surface and meet themselves with courage, compassion, and steadiness.

Whether through Sangha gatherings, focused Trailheads, Private Practice, or immersive Basecamp weekends, each experience supports embodied presence, emotional resilience, deeper connection, and meaningful integration into daily life.

May we walk the path of the Kind Warrior — open-hearted, grounded, and brave enough to be kind.
